Account and Workspaces
Start here to check your connected account and find the Workspaces you can access.
If a Workspace is missing, check that you connected the right account and still belong to it.
Accounts and balances
Cards Account balances include spendable funds, amounts on hold, processing deposits, and the total. Other Account totals can include pending funds or asset valuations and may differ from what you can spend. An unavailable balance is unknown, not zero.
This tool is unavailable to Members with card-only access to the selected Workspace.
Transactions
Workspace read access allows searching Workspace activity. Card-only Members can search purchases and refunds on their own cards.
Results arrive newest first, in batches. For totals or summaries, ask your assistant to include all matching results and disclose missing information. Statuses, refunds, and internal Transfers can affect totals; keep currencies separate.
With access to your own cards, results cover only your purchases, refunds, and their statuses, including activity for deleted cards. They exclude other Members’ cards, card funding, withdrawals, cashback, and non-card activity. They do not represent the whole Workspace’s spending.
Documents
Request a document
Start withlist_export_options to check availability, then ask your assistant to prepare the document with generate_exports.
Specify the Workspace, document, and any Accounts, cards, or receiving method you want to include. For statements, also specify the date range or billing month and preferred format. With access to your own cards, statements cover only your own card activity.
Transaction statements cover up to 365 days. Dates use UTC and include both the start and end date. Statements become available six hours after the final day or billing month ends. Availability can also depend on completed Workspace setup.
Check progress and download
Preparing a document sends no email. Each generation request creates a separate export. Useget_export_status to check the existing export and allow the suggested wait between checks. If it fails, ask for the reason before deciding whether to retry.
Once ready, use download_export to retrieve the file. Your current membership and document Permissions still apply. Files can be up to 10 MiB; for larger statements, choose fewer Accounts or a shorter period.
File presentation depends on your client. If it cannot show or save the returned file, download the document through Altitude.
